Special projects
These projects don't fit into the other categories very well, so we decided to give all the misfits a their own space. It doesn't mean we love them any less.

Switch
This installation was commissioned for the Indianapolis Museum of Contemporary Art. The piece is titled "Switch" and incorporates 512 light sensing night lights placed on a 6" grid. There is a single light source on the opposite side of the room that keeps the lights off until the light is interrupted. When the viewer enters the space and the light is blocked, their shadow is illuminated by the lights. This creates a highly interactive experience as their inverted shadow follows them through the space.
